Q. HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDERS?

Once we dispatch your shipment, you will be notified via email and SMS. Even though when you place your order, we try to ship on the same day, but in some cases it may take 24-48 hours to ship, you would receive an update from our end.

Q. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

We deliver orders in typically 7-10 days within India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors like public holidays, Sundays, extreme weather conditions or any unforeseen delays etc.

Please note that order including mobile covers, mugs, and personalized t-shirts products will be shipped out 3-4 days after the order is placed, as these products are made-to-order.

Q. HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

We make the deliveries only through reputed courier companies. When we process your shipment, we ping you and will provide you a tracking number. We just hope that you’re home when the delivery person arrives at your doorstep!

Q. I RECEIVED A DEFECTED/DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT TO DO NEXT?

Oh no! We’re sorry for bad experience. You can raise a return request by writing at returns@mamtam.sg-host.com

Q. DO YOU TAKE BULK/CUSTOMIZED ORDERS?

Q. HOW DO I PAY FOR BE A MADSBOX PURCHASE?

Madsbox.com offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever method you choose, you can be rest assured that all the payment gateways that Madsbox.com has are trusted partners and use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You have the option to use Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit card payments including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express in India.

Q. DO YOU HAVE ANY EXTRA CHARGES WHEN I MAKE PURCHASE ON MADSBOX?

No, we do not charge anything extra when you purchase at Madsbox.com. The prices listed along with the products are all-inclusive and final. Delivery charges may be extra depending upon the shipping policy. You only pay the price that you see on the page of order summary.

Q. WHAT IS CASH ON DELIVERY?

If you are not able to do online payment due to any reason(s), you have the option to choose Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. It is available for most pincodes. By choosing COD payment method, you have to pay in cash when the order arrives at your destination.

Q. HOW DO I PAY USING A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express cards. To pay using debit card, you have to enter your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number, then you will be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment process.

Q. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON MADSBOX?

All Credit & Debit cards, Net Banking Transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Madsbox.com uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. Banks now use the OTP password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

Q. WHAT STEPS DOES MADSBOX TAKE TO PREVENT CARD FRAUD?

We, at Madsbox.com know the importance of resolution capability and strong fraud detection. Our online payment partners monitor transactions continuously for any suspicious activity or fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. When our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically (happens in rarest of rare cases), the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. These documents help us to make sure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder.
