Madsbox.com ship the products within 1 to 2 business days upon order placement within India, and international orders take 10 to 15 days of time. The custom products are shipped based on each product’s processing time. The exact delivery time may vary according to the shipping address.
Madsbox.com provides free shipping for prepaid orders above ₹300 within India. On all orders of Rs.300 or below, there will be a shipping charge of ₹50. However, Cash on Delivery services are chargeable. If you want to get your products shipped outside India, then please contact us on [email protected].
Although it is our constant endeavor to meet the delivery deadlines as mentioned above, Madsbox.com will not be held responsible for any delay caused due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable events/circumstances.
- Madsbox.com customers can return a product within 8 days.
- Make sure the product and its original packaging, labels/tags and original bill/receipt should not be tampered with.
- The product has to be unused.
- Once we receive the products and has passed the quality check, the product amount will be issued in the form of coupons which can be used in future purchases at Madsbox.com.
- However, a strict due diligence before dispatching the product is expected from our customers.
- If a customer wants to self-ship returns, pack the returns securely to prevent any damage or loss during transportation. It would be better to choose a reliable local courier service. Don’t forget to mention your Order ID and shipping address.
- Note: Madsbox.com withholds the right to deny returns of damaged/defective or mismatched products if the complaint is found to be baseless or frivolous.
- For the replacement of the product, kindly follow the return procedure and then use the Madsbox.com coupon to place the order for the new product.
- Please note that only the purchased amount will be refunded as a discount coupon to the customer.
- Madsbox.com may ask the customers to share pictures of the delivered product to authenticate and understand the nature of the complaint. If found eligible, the product shall be shipped by customer within 8 days.
- Please go through the size chart and then place the order as we do not entertain any replacements for the size chosen by the customers, the chosen size will be considered as the the selection made post size chart verification.
- Even though, all the products are quality tested before dispatching, in any unlikely scenario where the customer receives a damaged/defective product or a product which does not comply with the original order specification, the customer should contact Madsbox.com within 48 hours upon receiving the product or can also write us at [email protected].
Terms & Conditions for Refund
- Madsbox.com customers can return or exchange their order within 8 working days, provided if product(s) are found to be defective or damaged.
- Whatever the amount of refund, it will be transferred in the form of Madsbox.com coupon which you can use to shop at Madsbox.com in future.
- If you are a guest user, you need to register with the email address to place your order, refund or exchange.

Rules For Courier Charges Refund
- If there are manufacturing defects in the product, for all self-shipped returns, we will give you a cashback of ₹100 for shipment weighing up to 500 gms.
- For every next 500 gm, an additional ₹50 will be added to the refund amount.
- For example, if a product weighs around 250 gms which if returned would give you a cashback of ₹100 or the Courier Charge Whichever is Lesser in your account. If you happen to return two or three products which weighs around 750 gms and would give you a cashback of ₹150 or the Courier Charge Whichever is Lesser.
- We recommend you to use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service as it is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
- Please note that the refund rates of Madsbox.com are fixed and will not change according to the courier service you choose for returning the product.
- If the courier cost is less than ₹100, then you will be receiving a cashback of ₹100 or the courier charges whichever is lesser. Please share the screenshot of the receipt you receive from the shipping partner by whom you resend your product to us.
Duration of Refund Procedure
Returns will be processed within 72 hours upon receiving the returned product. Kindly note that the return request will only be processed once the product has been received and tested for quality by Madsbox.com.
